A learning design solution to assist newly hired ESL teachers during the induction process.
About this project
I worked with my managers to identify the best outcomes for new employees. A human-centred design approach was used to identify goals getting to know what was needed to be trained. Once an understanding of how to solve the induction problem was gained, we generated a solution that was fit for purpose and had the impact that the school wanted. A learning solution that would be able to be repeated, and looked at in the future saving managers time during the induction process.
